Zen is a single-cultivar ceremonial matcha made from Okumidori leaves grown in Kagoshima, Japan. Stone-ground in small batches, it retains a vivid green color and a silky texture, reflecting the craftsmanship of traditional Japanese matcha production.
Flavor Profile

Zen delivers a calm, smooth taste with natural umami, gentle sweetness, and a deep, rounded finish. Its single-cultivar origin provides clarity and consistency, making the flavor focused, elegant, and easy to appreciate.
Preparation

Prepare 2g of matcha with 30ml of hot water at 70–80°C and whisk until smooth and frothy.

Add 170ml of hot water or milk of your choice to finish.

Enjoy hot or iced, depending on your preference

J’adore ce matcha ! La texture est incroyablement soyeuse et la couleur vert vif est superbe. En bouche, il est doux, parfaitement équilibré, avec un umami naturel très agréable et aucune amertume.
