Yame matcha is known for its deep umami, silky texture, and balanced sweetness. It delivers a full-bodied taste with a clean finish and minimal bitterness, making it suitable for both traditional matcha bowls and modern drinks. The result is a rich, satisfying cup with depth and clarity.
Prepare 2g of matcha with 30ml of hot water at 70–80°C and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Add 170ml of hot water or milk of your choice to finish.
