Yūhi is a ceremonial-grade matcha from Kyoto made from four Japanese cultivars: Tsuyuhikari, Yabukita, Saemidori, and Okumidori. Stone-ground in Kyoto, it has a vibrant green color and a refined texture that reflects traditional Japanese matcha craftsmanship.
Flavor Profile

Yūhi offers smooth, mellow sweetness with gentle umami and a soft, low-bitterness finish. The blend is balanced and approachable, making it enjoyable for daily matcha drinkers and those new to the matcha ritual.
Preparation

Prepare 2g of matcha with 30ml of hot water at 70–80°C and whisk until smooth and frothy.

Add 170ml of hot water or milk of your choice to finish.

Enjoy hot or iced, depending on your preference
