Kiyoshi is a ceremonial-grade matcha made from a blend of Saemidori and Okumidori cultivars grown in Kagoshima, Japan. Stone-ground to maintain freshness, it offers a rich green color and a silky texture shaped by the region’s nutrient-rich volcanic soil.
Flavor Profile

Kiyoshi delivers a smooth, balanced taste where Saemidori’s natural sweetness meets the depth of Okumidori. The result is a refined cup with gentle umami, low bitterness, and a calm, focused feel suitable for daily matcha drinkers.
Preparation

Prepare 2g of matcha with 30ml of hot water at 70–80°C and whisk until smooth and frothy.

Add 170ml of hot water or milk of your choice to finish.

Enjoy hot or iced, depending on your preference
