Shipping policy

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers such as UPS, Correos, SEUR, or DHL. Once an order leaves our facility, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery timing, delays, and delivery attempts.

If your package is delayed, marked as “attempted delivery,” or requires address updates, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. They will provide the fastest and most accurate assistance.

Of course, if a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
