Matcha Information
- Where is Bonsai Matcha Sourced
All of our matcha is sourced carefully and directly from farms in Japan
- How do I store my matcha?
Keep matcha in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Store it in a cool place and refrigerate after opening for maximum freshness. Always close the lid tightly to protect the aroma and color.
- How do I prepare my matcha?
Use 1–2 grams of matcha, sift it, and whisk with a small amount of hot water (around 70–80°C) until smooth and frothy. Then add more water or milk depending on your preference.
Orders & Subscriptions

Orders cannot be changed once they are placed.

Subscriptions can be managed through the “Manage Subscription” button located at the bottom of every page.

- Where is Bonsai Matcha sourcing their matcha from?
Our matcha are manufactured in Japan. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is between €2,50 and € 3,50 for orders up to € 45,-. For orders exceeding this threshold shipping is free of charge.
