- Where is Bonsai Matcha Sourced

All of our matcha is sourced carefully and directly from farms in Japan

- How do I store my matcha?

Keep matcha in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Store it in a cool place and refrigerate after opening for maximum freshness. Always close the lid tightly to protect the aroma and color.

- How do I prepare my matcha?

Use 1–2 grams of matcha, sift it, and whisk with a small amount of hot water (around 70–80°C) until smooth and frothy. Then add more water or milk depending on your preference.

– "Can I change my order?"

Orders cannot be changed once they are placed.

– "How do I manage my subscription?"

Subscriptions can be managed through the "Manage Subscription" button located at the bottom of every page.

- Where is Bonsai Matcha sourcing their matcha from?

Our matcha are manufactured in Japan. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality.

Shipping is between €2,50 and € 3,50 for orders up to € 60,-. For orders exceeding this threshold shipping is free of charge.
